DESPITE THE YEARS WITHOUT YOU (& MUM WINIFRED DOOREN HARRISON (NEE SLACK) YOU LOVE & BELIEFS ARE STILL WITH ME CASED IN HAPPY MEMORIES OF A LIFE WELL LIVED. YOUR DUTY TO THE COMMUNITY AS A YOUNG MAN DURING WWII & THEN IN SELFLESS SERVICE IN FIRE BRIGADE (WHERE HE MET MUM AS A FIRE WOMAN) SET YOU UP AS MINE & MANY PEOPLES HEROE. THE RNLI IS MADE UP OF SUCH MEN & WOMEN WHO VOLUNTEER TO HELP OTHERS. WE NEED MORE HEROES.
