Dad, who helped every year to count and help collect donations for the RNLI, who taught me that every life is valuable and that every penny counts - as well as how to count pennies and pounds. Who also taught me about tides and open water swimming, bouldering round the cliffs of his homeland in Northern Ireland. Dad, I still miss you.
