Both my Dad & Mum passed away almost 2-years ago. Dad worked for the RNLI inshore lifeboat facility in East Cowes on the Isle of Wight. Amongst others, he worked on the Blue Peter Appeal ILB's. There isn't a day goes by when I don't miss them. His name is proudly displayed in the new 'Launch a memory' RNLI Invergordon Shannon Lifeboat. He would be so chuffed with that.
